YOU HAVE:

Door presence & command!

You are the first & final person most guest encounter, & you shine

1 year experience in a high-volume restaurant, preferably Italian

Experience with Open Table preferred

Willingness to learn & grow & take notes on guests so that every return experience is a delight

Passion for great food and detailed, delightful service. You’re not afraid, when called upon, to pour water or bus tables in your fancy clothes

Work flexibility, including Sundays
