Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders swiftly from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a smooth flow of service during busy hours.
• Assist servers with food running duties, including refilling drinks and delivering condiments or utensils as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas by bussing tables, sweeping floors, and organizing service stations.
• Support food preparation tasks when necessary, including plating or garnishing dishes.
• Handle food safety protocols diligently, ensuring proper handling and storage of dishes and utensils.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential!
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices.
• Experience with banquet service, catering setups, or hotel hospitality can be advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist guests effectively.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks like lifting trays or moving chairs comfortably.
