Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
• Prepare and serve drinks responsibly as a bartender, maintaining cleanliness and adherence to safety standards
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and maintaining a tidy dining environment
• Support food runners by efficiently delivering dishes from the kitchen to guests’ tables
• Handle food and beverage handling with care, following all safety and hygiene protocols
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and guest satisfaction

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality environments
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Excellent communication skills for clear interactions with team members and patrons
• Knowledge of cleaning, bussing, and food handling procedures in a restaurant setting
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Kitchen or hotel experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
• Familiarity with the food industry standards for serving, safety, and sanitation
