Job Summary:

The Food Safety Instructor will deliver theoretical and practical training in food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance in accordance with recognized industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct lectures and practical sessions on food safety and hygiene.
• Teach HACCP, GMP, GHP, and related food safety systems.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
• Guide students on hazard identification and risk control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards during practical work.
• Maintain academic records and support institutional compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• BS in Food Safety / Food Science / Food Technology, or
• MS in Food Safety & Quality Assurance / Food Science / Food Technology.

Experience in teaching or food industry quality assurance will be preferred.
