Food Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating an enjoyable experience for our guests by providing exceptional service and crafting high-quality beverages. Whether you are working in a lively nightclub or a fine dining establishment, your expertise in bartending and customer service will be key to our success.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately for processing transactions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
• Assist in managing inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes.
• Stay updated on drink trends, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes to enhance the menu offerings.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience is required, particularly in nightclub or fine dining settings.
• Familiarity with food safety practices is essential.
• Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems is highly desirable.
• Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately.
• A passion for food and knowledge of various beverage types can be beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
