<Responsibilities>

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth service flow
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and providing exceptional customer service
• Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements for maximum efficiency

<Skills>

• Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and cash handling
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in food service environments such as restaurants, fine dining establishments, or nightclubs
• Excellent communication skills to engage guests effectively and promote upselling opportunities
• Ability to manage time efficiently during busy service hours while maintaining attention to detail
• Background in culinary arts or kitchen experience is a plus for better understanding of menu items
• Familiarity with guest services tools like OpenTable for reservations management and guest relations
