Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Server at Little Liberia in Detroit, MI. The Food Server will welcome and assist guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, ensure an excellent dining experience, and maintain cleanliness and organization within the restaurant. The role involves collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality service standards and a warm, inclusive atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

• Customer service and effective communication skills to ensure a welcoming and satisfying guest experience
• Proficiency in food and beverage service, including familiarity with menu offerings and special dietary accommodations
• Experience in food service operations and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
• Basic cooking knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and a positive, solutions-focused attitude
• Experience in a similar role or in the food industry is beneficial
