Food Server & Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Food Server & Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take food and drink orders accurately, and serve with enthusiasm to enhance guest satisfaction
• Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to standard recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS to process orders efficiently and handle cash or card transactions securely
• Upsell menu items to increase sales while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure timely service
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally in a restaurant setting

Skills

• Proven experience with Aloha POS, for efficient order processing
• Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols within the food industry
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and foster a welcoming atmosphere
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking between serving, bartending, and cleaning duties
• Demonstrated aptitude for upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities
• Previous experience in fine dining is highly desirable
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with team members and guests alike

Pay: $15.10 - $50.00 per hour
