JOB PURPOSE
To provide quality food and beverage service that is always consistent with the Brand SOP. Always have a cheerful disposition and a positive attitude to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

To ensure that all colleagues’ activities adhere to and support the ICDR Quality Standards

Provide a link between kitchen and service areas
-
Provide table and/or counter service to customers for all food & beverages.

Deliver professional service based on the sequence of service training that has been provided within the outlet.

Possess the ability to function and work behind the bar as well on the floor.

Possess good knowledge of both food & beverage service as well as Beverage & Food production behind the bar.

Remain updated with all knowledge of food and beverages on the menu, thereby providing advice to guests to place their order.

Receive and store food and beverage adhering to all food hygiene regulations and

procedures.

Consistently monitor quality of food and beverages being served and report any discrepancies to the supervisor or outlet manager.

Consistently monitor service quality, escalating any major problems/complaints to the Restaurant Manager.

Actively promote the use of Up selling techniques within the outlet to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue by adhering to training on upselling procedures and practices.

Maintain records in a timely fashion in the outlet as and when required, to support the restaurant supervisors.
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

High school Diploma or a relevant qualification.

Minimum 2 years of F&B experience in a similar role.

Excellent record of floor supervision.

Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
