Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Service Assistant located in Marlton, NJ. The Food Service Assistant will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, serving meals to residents, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in food service areas, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards. The role also includes supporting the dietary needs of residents and interacting with them in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their dining experience. Collaboration with team members to ensure quality service and efficient operations is a key component of this position.

Qualifications

• Skills in Food Preparation and Food & Beverage service
• Experience in Food Service and maintaining food safety standards
• Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills
• Effective Communication skills to interact professionally with residents and team members
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of dietary standards and guidelines is a plus
• Experience working in senior care or healthcare settings is desirable
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
