Responsibilities:
- Develops game plan for own accounts and manages assigned budget

Negotiate, acquire new accounts, and renew current customers CDA’s within company’s policies & assigned budget in annual game plan.

Promote a customer-centered culture that strives to exceed customer needs& expectations.

Maintain superior customer wiring as per PepsiCo best practices

Ensure performance and compliance to CDA’s, taking corrective action where appropriate.

Ensure proper execution of all merchandizing & operational priorities in Café’s + Restaurants & QSR segments

Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of customer servicing in coordination with internal units (Execution, Legal, Commercial..etc)

Follow-up on Monthly analysis for Segment

Develop competitive reviews for area/segment highlighting strengths & weaknesses, as well as sales techniques of competition while monitoring their movement within the marketplace.

Ensure full utilization for our marketing rights through leading Marketing activations/branding/promotions for segment in coordination with DX team.

Challenges:

Managing competition in the market especially when it comes to CDA’s benefits per each account (pricing/promotions)

Meeting customers needs and satisfaction (fair profit margin)

Managing filed complexity.
Knowledge:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field
-
At least 2 years of experience in Away from Home Channel
-
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or related field
-
Strong technical knowledge which includes top customers management knowledge, at the same time high industrial experience (CSD field experience) and the sales technical know-how.
