A food truck worker is a versatile, hands-on professional who cooks, serves, and manages operations in a mobile kitchen, handling everything from food prep and customer orders to driving, setup, cleaning, and marketing in a fast-paced environment, often wearing many hats simultaneously to keep the restaurant on wheels running smoothly. They might be a cook, cashier, window attendant, or even the owner, juggling roles in a tight space to deliver food to customers. Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Chopping, cooking, assembling dishes from scratch or warming pre-packaged items.
  • Customer Service: Taking orders, handling payments, interacting with customers at the window, and explaining menu items.
  • Operations: setting up at locations, managing inventory, cleaning, and sometimes marketing (social media).
  • Multitasking: Often performing several of these duties at once due to limited space and staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD150.000 - BD180.000 per month
