Foodpanda Operations & Inventory Officer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to manage daily operations on the Foodpanda application and handle inventory stock management. The candidate will be responsible for updating product listings, monitoring orders, maintaining stock levels, and managing price rates to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate the Foodpanda vendor application
• Update product listings, prices, and availability on the app
• Monitor incoming orders and coordinate with dispatch/team
• Maintain accurate inventory stock (Stock In & Stock Out)
• Record daily stock movements and prepare stock reports
• Ensure product prices (rate management) are updated and accurate
• Coordinate with procurement team for stock replenishment
• Identify slow-moving or fast-moving items
• Maintain proper documentation of inventory records
• Resolve customer/order issues related to stock availability

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Foodpanda vendor operations or similar e-commerce platform
• Basic knowledge of inventory management
• Good understanding of stock in/out procedures
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
