We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our Foods Marketing team based in Istanbul. The individual will directly report to Senior Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a strategic marketing leader with a passion for driving multi-brand growth, optimizing portfolios, and executing flawless new brand launches. This role covers cross-brand strategic topics not owned by individual brand teams, focusing on two key areas: Multi-brand portfolio management and new brand launches.

Role Scope

  • Multi-Brand Portfolio Management: Lead portfolio transition projects, multi-brand campaigns, and growth programs. Deliver impactful marketing activities aligned with category strategy.
  • New Brand Launches: Shape go-to-market strategies, manage timelines and deliverables, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (DX, Finance, RGM, Sales, Commercialization) for successful launches.
Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver multi-brand portfolio initiatives and new brand launches on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution.
  • Monitor and report on campaign, renovation, and innovation performance, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, marketing standards, and global/local guidelines.
  • Proactively manage timelines and deliverables with regional teams.
  • Support the delivery of multi-brand portfolio initiatives and new category/brand launches on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Monitor and report on campaign, renovation, and innovation performance, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, marketing standards, and global/local guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • University degree (preferably in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field).
  • Minimum 6-8 years of commercial experience in brand marketing/portfolio management, ideally within FMCG/CPG or consumer goods.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to analyze consumer insights and translate them into actionable marketing plans.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience in cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Native Turkish speaker; fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Based in Istanbul
