FUTURE TALENTS ACADEMY is a professional football academy in Dubai dedicated to developing young talent and providing pathways to professional and educational opportunities in football.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Football Academy Director to lead our academy’s operations and player development programs. The successful candidate will oversee coaching staff, design training systems, and ensure our academy provides the highest standards of football education.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the football academy.

Develop and implement coaching and training programs.

Recruit, guide, and supervise coaches.

Oversee player development pathways and progression.

Maintain strong communication with parents, clubs, and organizations.

Manage schedules, budgets, and daily operations.

Ensure a safe, professional, and inspiring environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience in football coaching and academy management.

Recognized coaching licenses (UEFA/CAF/FA or equivalent preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Passion for youth development and football education.

Previous experience in the UAE/Gulf region is an advantage.
