The Role

• Deliver high-quality personal training sessions following the Youskilled Training System.
• Build strong professional relationships with members and a team, ensuring retention and results.
• Contribute to a team-first culture—we grow together, not as personal brands.
• Stay up to date with best practices in biomechanics, S&C, CrossFit, calisthenics, mobility, and sports performance.

What You Focus On

• Coaching only. We handle the rest—sales, bookings, payments, client communication, marketing, admin.
• Clear systems, programming frameworks, and internal education (Youskilled Coach University) to support your growth.
