Fitness Instructor – Body Shape Studio

Location: Arjan, Dubai | Salary: Fixed + Commission

Body Shape Studio is Dubai’s leading weight loss and cellulite reduction studio. We help busy women achieve fast, visible results through advanced machines, structured programs, and continuous support. Our warm and professional team guides every client through a complete transformation journey.

We are looking for a motivated Fitness Instructor who is both supportive and sales-driven. Your role will include:

• Guiding clients during machine-based sessions (BodyShape, RollShape, etc.)
• Running client onboarding, assessments, and progress reviews
• Providing WhatsApp motivation and accountability support
• Conducting free consultations with leads and converting them into package sales
• Following up with clients to drive renewals and retention
• Meeting monthly sales and performance targets

Requirements:

• Fitness certification (Level 2 & 3 Personal Training or equivalent)
• 1–2 years’ experience in fitness or wellness (studio/gym background preferred)
• Strong communication skills, supportive and empathetic approach
• Sales confidence and ability to achieve targets
• First Aid / CPR certification is an advantage
