Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Fitness & Support Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will guide users in making the most of the YFC app, support them with technical and fitness-related queries, and help convert leads into long-term subscriptions. You will play a key part in driving user retention, promoting healthy engagement with the app, and ensuring an excellent overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect daily with new users on the YFC app to introduce features and provide guidance.
- Assist both new and existing users on how to best operate and utilize the app.
- Identify potential prospects and nurture them into hot leads and active subscribers.
- Convert hot leads into subscriptions, supporting growth in the app community.
- Achieve subscription targets by managing KPIs effectively.
- Submit daily reports on user engagement, operations, and sales performance.
- Provide ongoing support to retain users and encourage consistent app usage.
- Resolve user complaints within the app, ensuring timely responses within 48 hours.
- Encourage holistic use of the app to maximize user experience.
- Keep all leads, worksheets, and data updated with accurate information.
- Collaborate with the manager to achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Attend a minimum of three training sessions per week to stay updated.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and user care at all times.
- Ensure compliance with company documentation, processes, and Health & Safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Fitness, Sports Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in customer support, fitness advising, or app-based services.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Ability to identify leads and support them through conversion and retention.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and explain app functionalities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
