About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-time Football Coach and Venue Coordinator to deliver engaging coaching sessions for children of all ability levels, aged between 2.5 and 16 years. The successful candidate will create a fun, positive, and safe environment that encourages skill development and a love for the game.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and plan coaching sessions thoroughly, collaborating with fellow coaches and staff as needed.
• Deliver enjoyable, motivating, and safe football coaching sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
• Ensure the safeguarding and protection of all children throughout sessions.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with parents about their child’s progress and development.

Job Requirements

• A relevant Sports Degree or Level 2 Coaching Qualification in Football.
• Proven experience as a football coach, ideally with children aged 3–16 years.
• Background in sports coaching and/or education sectors.
• Valid enhanced CRB/DBS check.
• Certification in Safeguarding & Protecting Children.
• Current First Aid qualification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Effective leadership qualities with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Good understanding of learning processes and coaching principles.
• Ability to motivate children and support them in developing new skills safely.
