Footwear Designer

About Us:

We are a premium footwear brand specializing in handcrafted leather shoes and sandals for men and women. Our collections blend luxury, comfort, and contemporary design, crafted with the finest materials and sustainable practices. We’re expanding our design team and looking for passionate footwear designers who understand both style and function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new footwear collections based on market trends and brand direction.
• Create concept sketches, technical drawings, and detailed specifications for sampling.
• Select suitable materials, colors, and finishes for different product lines.
• Collaborate with product development and production teams for sample making and finalization.
• Research global fashion trends, new materials, and construction techniques.
• Ensure all designs meet brand standards in terms of aesthetics, comfort, and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Footwear Design or Footwear Technology (FDDI, CFTI, NIFT, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of footwear materials, pattern making, and construction techniques.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / CorelDRAW for design visualization.
• A creative eye for detail with a strong sense of color, proportion, and trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the production and merchandising teams.
• Freshers or up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
