Footwear Product Development Specialist

To manage end-to-end footwear product development and procurement activities, ensuring timely development, cost efficiency, quality compliance, and ethical sourcing from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead footwear product development from design concept to production approval.
• Develop technical specifications, BOMs, and samples in coordination with design and production teams.
• Select materials, components, and construction methods to meet quality, cost, and performance requirements.
• Conduct sample evaluations, fit trials, and product testing.
• Source raw materials and components from approved and compliant suppliers.
• Maintain and evaluate supplier performance for quality, delivery, and compliance.
• Coordinate material planning to support production timelines and avoid shortages.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Footwear Technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in footwear product development and procurement.
• Strong knowledge of footwear materials, construction processes, and costing.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
