We are looking for a "Footwear Quality Manager" to contribute to our company's growth journey.


GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Leather Engineering, Textile Engineering or relevant departments,
  • At least 8 years of experience in footwear manufacturing, quality assurance or production management,
  • Knowledge of quality control methodologies (ISO 9001, 5S, Six Sigma, etc.),
  • Analytical thinking, result-oriented, and research-driven,
  • Leadership and team management experience,
  • No restrictions on travelling to domestic or international production facilities when required,
  • Residing in or able to reside in Tekirdağ, Lüleburgaz, Çorlu, or Çerkezköy.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Establishing, implementing and improving quality standards within the production process,
  • Managing quality control processes for samples and products during production,
  • Monitoring inspections of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products,
  • Preparing quality reports on production lines and ensuring regular reporting,
  • Managing and developing the quality team,
  • Conducting supplier audits, evaluating processes and preparing improvement plans,
  • Analyzing customer complaints, product returns and inspections, and developing permanent solutions through root cause analysis.
