Footwear Retail Sales Executive

Cannanore, India

  • Client and partner management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and other business clients.
  • Sales strategy and execution: Identify new business opportunities, create and submit sales proposals, and arrange visits to potential customers.
  • Target achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Market analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and inform strategies.
  • Product knowledge: Stay updated on the latest footwear trends, new product releases, and promotions to better serve clients.
  • Reporting and forecasting: Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform business decisions.

Core skills and qualifications

  • Sales experience: Experience in B2B sales or a related field, ideally with a background in the footwear industry.
  • Communication and negotiation: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with clients and negotiating deals.
  • Business acumen: Ability to analyze market data and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Customer service: Skills in providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage an inventory or client database and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,574.50 - ₹26,308.90 per month
