We are a urgently hiring footwear manufacturing company specializing in men’s sandals and footwear. We are seeking a hands-on Factory Manager with proven experience in footwear manufacturing—especially sandals production—who can lead operations, improve quality, control costs, and increase production efficiency.

The ideal candidate fully understands sandals construction, material handling, quality standards, and factory workflow from raw material to finished goods. Key responsibilities may include:

Production & Operations

• Manage day-to-day factory operations for sandals and footwear production
• Plan and control production schedules, workforce allocation, and output targets
• Ensure smooth workflow from cutting to finishing and packing
• Control production costs, wastage, and material usage
• Implement production planning and reporting systems

Quality Control

• Oversee quality standards at every production stage
• Ensure footwear meets durability, comfort, fit, and finishing quality standards
• Develop QC checklists and inspection processes
• Investigate rejects, defects, and customer feedback
• Train staff on quality improvement and compliance

Process & Efficiency Improvement

• Identify bottlenecks and introduce process optimization
• Reduce material waste, rework, and downtime
• Improve production layout and machine utilization
• Introduce best-practice manufacturing techniques

Factory Leadership

• Lead supervisors, line workers, and technicians
• Train new staff on production processes and safety
• Enforce factory discipline, productivity targets, and performance management
• Create a positive, results-driven factory culture

Inventory & Procurement

• Monitor raw material levels (leather, rubber, soles, buckles, etc.)
• Support procurement in identifying suitable materials and suppliers
• Control stock usage and reduce over-ordering or shortages

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Maintain compliance with labor law and factory safety standards
• Ensure equipment safety and employee protection
• Promote clean and safe working environment

Required Experience & Skills

Must-Have

• 5+ years experience in footwear manufacturing
• Strong quality control knowledge
• Factory operations management experience

Strong hands-on experience specifically with sandals manufacturing
Knowledge of:

• Cutting
• Stitching
• Lasting
• Sole attachment
• Finishing & packaging

Technical Knowledge

• Understanding of materials: Leather, rubber, PU/EVA soles, adhesives
• Knowledge of machines used in footwear manufacturing

Familiar with defect control and quality benchmarks
