Force Development Operations Senior Analyst (Onsite – Pentagon, Washington, DC)

Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking an Operations Senior Analyst to support the Army G-8. This is a contingent hire for a contract ITC is currently bidding on. The analyst will provide high-level analytical and programmatic support to Army leadership, ensuring that force development and modernization priorities are integrated across Army and Joint decision forums.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert support to the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and Army requirements processes, including preparation for AROC, JROC, and related forums.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and reviews of acquisition documents in accordance with DoDI 5000.2.
  • Extract and analyze data from the Army Resource Cloud (ARC), including AE2S-M, CAMS, AESIP, ECOP, FMSWeb, and cPROBE.
  • Develop Business Intelligence and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps) to automate Army Force Development processes.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations in support of POM, SPAR, and PPBE resourcing decisions.
  • Review and support validation of Army JCIDS documents (ICD, CDD, CPD) and Operational Needs Statements (ONS).
  • Support Total Army Analysis (TAA), Force Feasibility Reviews (FFR), and modernization forums including AMEC and ASRC.
  • Develop strategic-level products for Army Senior Leaders, including budget justification documents, smart books, and program briefings.
  • Monitor HQDA priorities and provide actionable inputs for resourcing current and future operations.
  • Maintain situational awareness of assigned programs and provide timely information papers, briefings, and assessments to Army leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 4 years of Force Development experience.
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • In-depth knowledge of HQDA staff operations and how Army/DoD components interact.
  • Demonstrated experience with PPBE, DoDI 5000.2 acquisition, and JCIDS requirements development/validation.

  • Onsite at the Pentagon, Washington, DC.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
