What awaits you in this role?

Support in building the annual digital communication strategy in alignment with Ford Trucks brand & product strategies.

Execution of digital communication plans and coordination with third-party vendors and agencies.

Planning, implementation, analysis, development, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including display advertising, SEM, and programmatic campaigns.

Coordination of media planning processes with media agencies for ongoing and periodic campaigns.

Managing social media communication efforts for distributors and dealers.

Managing project coordination and prioritization in collaboration with the IT department.

Overseeing content, design, website maintenance, and SEO activities by managing website agencies and working closely with IT teams.

Expertise in end-to-end website development, including UX/UI design, wireframing, prototyping, and final deployment.

Ability to lead the full website lifecycle from concept and design through development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.

Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experience and interface design aligned with brand guidelines.

Proficient in integrating web platforms with digital marketing and analytics tools to maximize performance and conversion.

Hands-on experience managing front-end and back-end development processes or coordinating with development teams/agencies to deliver fully functional websites.

Optimizing website traffic to improve both the quality and quantity of leads. Analyzing and reporting on website performance regularly.

Monitoring digital performance of countries, Ford Trucks importers and managing asset and web platform processes.

Maintaining a thorough understanding of IT and other digital systems capabilities and working in cooperation with related departments.

Managing application processes and designing customer journey workflows, integrating these with web and mobile platforms. Collaborating with stakeholders to develop customer data analysis, segmentation, and customer loyalty programs.


What are we looking for in this position?

Experience is preference criteria for candidates; Digital Marketing Specialist role at least 3 years in a global company




Technical Skills

Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels including display, SEM, programmatic, and paid social media.

Strong coordination skills with agencies, IT teams, and cross-functional departments.

Solid understanding of digital media tools and platforms, media planning, and ROI/KPI monitoring


Expertise in content management, SEO, and website performance analysis.


Behavioral Skills and Competencies

Good communication skills, ability to get buy-in from stakeholders within the company,

At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing. Web site management experience is a must.

Has planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks with rapid and effective

decison making ability

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and very good level in English.

Enthusiastic about new projects, digitalization, and reaching goals.

Proactive problem solver with a results-driven approach.

Ability to quickly adapt to change and work efficiently in dynamic environments.
