Fore Man - Civil // 5-6 Years Exp //

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman or Site Supervisor in UAE/GCC, specifically on villa or residential building projects. Experience covering the full construction cycle, from excavation and structural works (concrete, blockwork, rebar) to interior and exterior finishing, is highly valued.
• Education: A diploma or technical certificate in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology is often required or preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership skills to manage and coordinate on-site teams and subcontractors, the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications, and a solid understanding of local building codes and safety regulations (HSE standards) are essential.
• Licenses: A valid UAE driving license is often preferred or required for site mobility.
• Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include supervising daily site activities, ensuring work quality and safety compliance, monitoring progress and materials, and preparing daily reports for project management.
