Foreclosure Attorney

**Fully remote position, must reside in Florida, Illinois, Tennessee, Ohio or Indiana**

Job Summary
Lender Legal PLLC, a creditor’s rights firm with a primary practice area of residential mortgage foreclosure, is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join our Florida team.

Attorneys in this position will have a minimum of 1 years of experience handling all aspects of mortgage foreclosure litigation, including initial title review, complaint drafting, motion practice, discovery, mediations, trials, and execution on judgments. They will first-chair contested nonjury trials, take and defend depositions, and assist with legal research and writing on appellate matters as needed. They will work with both large and small financial institutions and investors. Base salary range is $80,000-$95,000 with additional bonus compensation of up to $5,000 per quarter. Compensation commensurate with experience.

Requirements

• Law degree from ABA accredited law school.
• License to practice law in the state of Florida and in good standing.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in mortgage foreclosure is required; real estate and/or title law experience is a plus.
• Have a good working knowledge of litigation and motion practice, generally.
• Willingness to travel as needed across the state of Florida (10%).

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
