Foreign Admission Officer

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Admissions Officer to join our team and assist with the admissions process for students interested in pursuing higher education abroad. The ideal candidate will be willing to undergo rigorous on-the-job training about the admission process in international education and be passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Help students with the entire application process, including filling forms, preparing documents, and submitting applications on time.
• Research universities, their programs, and admission requirements.
• Review and improve admission essays to meet university standards.
• Communicate with students, universities, and other parties through email, phone, and video calls.
• Make sure all applications are complete, correct, and submitted before deadlines.
• Keep student records updated and secure, following all data protection rules.
• Guide and support students and their families throughout the admission journey.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree and any professional qualification.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Preference given to fresh graduates – no prior experience needed.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
