The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) invites applications from judges, barristers, and solicitors qualified in Ireland to join its Money Claims Court in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. ADJD is a leading judicial institution in the Arab region, recognised for its bilingual (Arabic-English) courts, digital transformation, and international judicial standards.

This appointment offers the opportunity to serve as a Foreign Judge within a modern, cosmopolitan judiciary where Local and foreign judges sit together to adjudicate money claims. Arabic is not required.

Requirements

• Admission as a solicitor, barrister, or judge in Ireland
• Strong background in litigation, money claims disputes, arbitration, or judicial work
