Within HD İnsan Kaynakları, we are looking for a team member who will support our foreign operations supervisor.

Job Description

· Actively communicate with foreign agencies

· Conduct agency, personnel, and hotel research

· Operationally support personnel–hotel matching processes

· Ensure the uninterrupted and timely operation of emergency situations, missing information, and request panels

· Track daily operational workload and manage processes in an organized manner

Qualifications

· Advanced proficiency in Russian, English, and Turkish (The interview will be conducted in Russian.)

· Ability and mentality to adapt to an intense operational pace

· Strong communication&interpersonal skills, solution-oriented, able to take responsibility, team player and fast learner

· High level of follow-up, coordination, organizational skills, willing to build a career on Human Resources field and open to learning & development
