YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

• Being responsible for all processes of Store, Shop in Shop, Partner Store and Showroom Renovations (budgeting, role taking, projecting with AutoCAD program, project follow-up until the end of business expenses).
• Responsible for the regional renovation process from the operations team (storage area, cabin area, entrance area renovation).
• Completing the operations by giving accurate and complete directions to the maintenance & repair requests from the Partners and all relevant architecture areas across the region in a short time.
• Visiting region and countries in scope at regular intervals according to the workload and identifies and explains the architectural deficiencies / issues that need improvement.
• Technical process support for stores in the use of new technology.

YOUR PROFILE

You are structured, analytical, and thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. You combine a strong, commercial mindset with excellent communication skills and enjoy taking ownership of your results.

In addition, you bring:

• BSc degree in Interior Architecture or Technical departments of universities.
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the field of technical drawing.
• Preferably experienced in the retail industry.
• Competence in project follow-up and reporting processes.
• Able to use AutoCAD program well.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• No travel restrictions.
