Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Foreman with experience in interiors and fit-out projects to oversee and manage construction activities on site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Job Responsibility

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.

Supervise and direct construction teams to ensure work is carried out efficiently and according to specifications.

Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety regulations.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on site in a timely and effective manner.

Keep accurate records of project progress, materials used, and any changes to the original plans.

Implement and enforce safety measures to create a safe working environment for all workers.
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience working as a Foreman on interiors and fit-out projects.

In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Valid certification in construction management or a related field would be a plus.
