Foreman

About the Role:
Inotec is looking for an experienced Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in construction, renovation, and fit-out projects with proven expertise in managing site operations in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee daily site activities.
• Assign tasks to workers and monitor their performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of manpower, materials, and project progress.
• Resolve site issues and ensure projects are delivered on time.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Civil/Construction field.
• 5–6 years of UAE experience in construction, renovation, and fit-out.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, and UAE regulations.
• Ability to read and implement drawings and instructions.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
