Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and a thorough understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily operations and workers on construction sites to ensure project progress and quality standards.

- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and schedule adherence.

- Monitor safety protocols and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Inspect work performance to ensure standards and specifications are met.

- Train, mentor, and manage construction teams to optimize productivity and skill development.

- Prepare progress reports and documentation for management review.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Physically fit and able to work in demanding outdoor environments.

- Relevant certifications or training in construction management preferred.
