Foreman

We are hiring an experienced Foreman to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, solid technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in managing day-to-day site operations to ensure high standards of quality, productivity, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of masons, plasterers, gypsum installers, tilers, and other site workers
• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and work schedules
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure tasks are completed on time and in line with quality standards
• Allocate manpower, tools, and materials efficiently to meet project targets
• Inspect site activities to ensure proper execution and strict adherence to safety regulations
• Provide daily progress reports to the Project Manager or Site Engineer
• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site, offering guidance and support to site teams
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior and finishing works, including gypsum, plaster, tiling, and masonry.
• Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in construction or interior fit-out projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs
• Good problem-solving skills and confident decision-making on-site
• Sound knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards
• UAE experience is an advantage
