Foreman

We are hiring an experienced Foreman to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, solid technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in managing daily site operations while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate masons, plasterers, gypsum installers, tilers, and site workers
• Read and understand drawings, specifications, and work schedules
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely, quality execution
• Manage manpower, tools, and materials efficiently
• Ensure work is carried out safely and according to site regulations
• Report daily progress to the Project Manager or Site Engineer
• Resolve technical issues and guide site teams
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in interior and finishing works (gypsum, plaster, tiling, masonry)
• Previous experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor
• Ability to read drawings and BOQs
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards
• UAE experience is must
