Job Title: Foreman – Aluminum (Curtain Wall & ACP)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Aluminum Foreman with strong experience in curtain wall, ACP cladding, aluminum glazing, doors, windows, and façade installation. The candidate will supervise site teams, coordinate daily activities, and ensure the work is completed according to approved drawings, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision

• Oversee installation of curtain wall systems, unitized systems, stick systems, ACP cladding, glass facades, windows, and doors.
• Supervise technicians, fabricators, and installers to ensure proper execution.
• Ensure all works are carried out as per shop drawings and project specifications.

2. Planning & Coordination

• Prepare daily work plans and allocate manpower accordingly.
• Coordinate with project engineers, QA/QC, and other site departments.
• Follow up with factory/fabrication team for on-time material delivery.

3. Quality Control

• Inspect installation quality and ensure proper alignment, leveling, sealing, and fixing.
• Ensure silicone application, gasket fixing, and waterproofing are done correctly.
• Conduct inspections with consultants when required.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure safe work practices and enforce site safety rules.
• Conduct toolbox talks for team members.
• Report any unsafe conditions and implement corrective measures.

5. Material & Tools Management

• Request materials and tools on time for smooth workflow.
• Maintain stock records for aluminum sections, glass panels, ACP sheets, anchors, and accessories.

6. Problem Solving

• Resolve technical issues related to façade installation on site.
• Provide solutions for alignment, sealing, and fixing problems.
• Coordinate with engineers to handle variations or design changes.

7. Reporting

• Prepare daily progress reports and update project team.
• Submit inspection requests (WIR) as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in aluminum and curtain wall installation (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of façade systems (unitized, stick, spider, ACP, structural glazing).
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and site coordination skills.
• Ability to manage manpower and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of silicon application, waterproofing, and façade alignment techniques.
