Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Foreman – Aluminum & Façade to supervise and coordinate on-site installation works for aluminum and façade systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in curtain walls, cladding, windows, doors, and façade panels, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with approved drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities related to aluminum and façade installation works.
• Lead and coordinate installation teams, including installers, helpers, and subcontractors.
• Read, interpret, and execute work as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and specifications.
• Coordinate closely with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure all installation works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor site productivity, manpower deployment, and material usage.
• Enforce strict compliance with site safety rules, HSE policies, and procedures.
• Report daily progress, manpower status, and site issues to management.
• Assist in identifying and resolving technical, quality, and installation-related issues.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and installation of aluminum and façade materials to avoid damage or wastage.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of proven experience in aluminum and façade works.
• Demonstrated experience as a Foreman handling curtain wall, aluminum cladding, windows, doors, and façade systems.
• Strong knowledge of façade installation methods, materials, and tools.
• Ability to read and understand technical and shop drawings.
• Good leadership, team management, and coordination skills.
• Sound knowledge of site safety standards and HSE procedures.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred.
• Basic communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Pay: ﷼2,800.00 - ﷼3,500.00 per month
