Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Foreman – Aluminum & Façade to supervise and manage site activities related to aluminum, curtain wall, and glazing installations. The candidate must have strong site coordination skills and hands-on experience in façade systems within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities for aluminum and façade installation works
• Manage and guide installation teams to ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineer, and subcontractors
• Ensure materials, tools, and manpower are available on site
• Monitor work progress and maintain project timelines
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
• Conduct site inspections and report progress to management
• Resolve on-site technical and installation issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in aluminum and façade works in UAE
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, structural glazing, doors, windows, and cladding systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of site safety regulations
• UAE driving license preferred
