Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Foreman – Aluminum & Façade to supervise and manage on-site installation works, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of façade systems, hands-on site experience, and the ability to lead installation teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily aluminum, glazing, curtain wall, and façade installation activities at site.
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
• Allocate tasks and manage chargehands, fabricators, installers, and subcontract labor.
• Monitor manpower productivity and ensure efficient utilization of labor, tools, and materials.
• Coordinate closely with Project Engineers and Site Managers to meet construction schedules and milestones.
• Inspect completed works to ensure quality, alignment, tolerance, and finishing meet required standards.
• Enforce HSE policies, ensuring safe work practices and compliance with site safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve site and technical issues, escalating concerns to the Project Engineer when required.
• Maintain daily site records, including manpower deployment, material consumption, and work progress reports.
• Guide, train, and motivate site teams to improve productivity, workmanship, and safety awareness.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminum and façade projects within the UAE/GCC.
• Strong technical knowledge of curtain wall systems, aluminum cladding, glazing, doors & windows, and façade installations.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, specifications, and method statements accurately.
• Proven experience supervising chargehands and site installation teams.
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Sound understanding of HSE regulations and safe working practices.
• Willingness and flexibility to work across multiple project sites in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI Certificate in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Trade background in aluminum or metal fabrication/installation will be an added advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
