Foreman and Assistant Foreman - Infrastructure

DISTRIBUTION

1. Allocate labors and machinery based on skill/experience to achieve target.

2. Arrange materials/equipments to the required work area.

SUPERVISION

1. Check the attendance and capabilities of the labours and appoint them to specific jobs.

2. Check and sign for the received materials from outside suppliers.

3. Oversee the moving and positioning of the utility pipelines

4. Responsible for Placement of concrete supply in the correct position for use.

5. Accompany the Consultant for progress inspection and approvals.

REPORTS

1. Supplies information to the General Foreman/Site Engineer to compile reports on work progress.

2. Oversee the attendance of the staff assigned to the position and report to the Site Secretary regarding the absenteeism
