Job Title: Workshop Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Workshop Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our automotive workshop. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians, ensure high-quality repairs, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with Service Advisors to manage job priorities and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily workshop activities and manage technician performance.

Allocate jobs effectively and monitor repair progress to ensure timely completion.

Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards across all workshop operations.

Assist technicians with technical diagnostics and complex repairs when required.

Coordinate with Service Advisors to prioritize jobs and manage customer expectations.

Monitor tools, equipment, and spare parts availability to avoid workflow delays.

Maintain records of repair activities, staff performance, and workshop efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in workshop supervision or automotive repair management.

Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
