Designation: Foreman (Finishing)

Reporting to: Jr. Engineer (Finishing)
Qualifications: HSC / ITI
Age: Minimum 40 years
Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in building structures, specifically in finishing works
Computer Knowledge: Not mandatory
Other Specific Experience: Experience working on high-rise buildings will be an added advantage
CTC Budget: Upto 7.5LPA
Job Description: Ensure that all contractors are executing finishing works as per approved specifications and design requirements
