Foreman- Construction

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman with proven expertise in supervising villa and high-rise building projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee site operations, manage labor teams, ensure compliance with UAE regulations, and deliver projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for villa and high-rise construction projects
• Coordinate and manage site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Interpret construction drawings and ensure accurate implementation
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
• Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager
• Conduct quality control inspections and resolve site issues promptly
• Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage
• Enforce health & safety standards and maintain a safe work environment
• Plan manpower requirements and allocate tasks efficiently
• Maintain site records including daily reports, attendance, and material logs

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in UAE construction industry
• Proven experience in luxury villas and high-rise buildings
• Strong knowledge of structural, finishing, and MEP coordination works
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Familiar with UAE municipality regulations and safety standards
• Excellent communication skills
