The Foreman & Crew Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations and crew management at The Guy Next Door. This role involves supervising a team, ensuring high-quality work, maintaining job site safety, and communicating effectively with the owner and customers.

This individual is expected to lead by example, delegate tasks based on team members’ skills, and ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and to company standards. In addition to field management, the Foreman & Crew Manager will handle basic administrative duties, such as job reporting and timecard review, while contributing to a positive and professional work environment.

This is a full time year-round position to include spring and fall cleanups, snowplowing, and shop work in the winter. Experience is preferred, with additional training and learning opportunities upon starting with our company.
