Foreman (Decoration Installation)

We are looking to hire an experienced Foreman for Decoration Installation (Weddings & Events) to manage and execute decoration projects efficiently and with the highest quality standards.

Job Description:

• Supervise and oversee decoration installation and dismantling (indoor & outdoor).
• Organize and monitor work progress on-site while ensuring compliance with design drawings.
• Manage and assign tasks to the workforce to achieve the highest quality.
• Ensure proper use of materials and tools while minimizing waste.
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors to deliver projects on time.
• Monitor quality and resolve any technical issues on-site.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in decoration and finishing works (experience in weddings & events is preferred).
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent team management and quality control skills.
• Strong commitment to deadlines and precision in execution.
