Job Title: Foreman- Earth Moving Machinery

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Machinery & Equipment Supervisor to oversee the operation, allocation, and performance of heavy equipment on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant machine usage while coordinating with operators and maintenance teams to maintain smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery when required.
• Test machines and oversee operator performance to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Manage the movement, allocation, and utilization of machines within the site.
• Ensure all machinery operations comply with HSE standards and company safety policies.
• Conduct routine site inspections to verify proper machine usage.
• Report technical issues promptly to the workshop/maintenance team.
• Prepare, maintain, and submit accurate daily reports and records related to equipment and operator performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the UAE market in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation and safety regulations.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.
• Proven ability to lead, supervise, and coordinate equipment operators effectively.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance schedules and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong organizational, reporting, and record-keeping abilities.
