Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to supervise all electrical installation works on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure proper execution of wiring, conduits, fixtures, panels, and related systems while maintaining quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of GCC or Indian construction experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and tools
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and load schedules
• Proven experience managing and supervising electrical teams
• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
• Solid understanding of electrical safety regulations and standards
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily work of electricians and electrical helpers
• Ensure proper installation of conduits, cables, distribution boards, fixtures, and equipment
• Review drawings and ensure work compliance with specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety standards
• Manage materials, tools, and ensure proper stock levels
• Enforce site safety guidelines and report any technical issues
