Job Purpose

Monitors the work of electricians/technicians and provides guidance as needed. Assists with electrical system installation, troubleshooting, and repair as needed.

Site Execution:

• Plans and distributes group job activity.
• Organizes and coordinates the daily electrical activities of all workers, subcontractors, and equipment according to priorities and plans, utilizing corrective actions to keep the project on time and within budget.
• Submits daily reports about manpower and machinery.
• Communicates with the site electrical engineer if any difficulties hinder progress.
• Coordinates material flow at the site.

• Ability to recognize low performers and guide them to improve or release them.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, 4-6 years of experience.

• Quality Control, Safety, Troubleshooting, Communication, Teamwork, Multi-tasking, Physically fit, Quick learning, Hand/Power Tool proficiency, Equipment maintenance, Adaptability.
